Placing Online Orders
Find your favorite items. Add them to your cart. Checkout. Our website provides a convenient way for you to purchase your favorite Aldrich Art Jewelry designs. During checkout, you will have the opportunity to create a customer account with us. While this is optional, it adds the additional convenience of order tracking, order history and one stop reordering. Prior to submitting your order, please review it carefully.

Order Confirmations
After placing your order, you will receive an order number as well as a confirmation email from us. Be sure to add shop@aldrichartstudio.com to your approved senders list to ensure you receive our emails. All of our eCommerce emails will come from this address.

Payment Methods
Aldrich Art Jewelry accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. All orders are secured and encrypted not only on our site by a SSL certificate but also by our payment gateway processor directly. All confidential information is sent via Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) and your information is encrypted during transmission.

Taxes
We are required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to Colorado addresses. These orders are subject to a 7.9% sales tax and will be added to your order total at checkout.

Shipping Policy

Shipping
Because our jewelry is handcrafted, production time can take between 2-3 weeks. Once production is completed, your order will ship immediately and you will receive a shipment confirmation email. Be sure to add shop@aldrichartstudio.com to your approved senders list to ensure you receive our emails. All of our eCommerce emails will come from this address.

Returns / Exchanges / Cancellations

Returns & Exchanges Policy
We strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your order. If, for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, you can return it to us subject to our Return Policy Guidelines stated below. You have the choice of either a full refund or store credit. Items must be returned in their original condition along with the original packaging.

Return Option 1 – Full Refund: For the first 3 days following the receipt of your purchase, you may return your item for a full money back refund, excluding any shipping charges. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Items that qualified for free shipping that are being returned will also have our standard shipping charge of $15 deducted from the refund. Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment. Please note it can often take one to two billing periods for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.

Return Option 2 – Store Credit: For the first 3 days following the receipt of your purchase, you may return your item for store credit, excluding any shipping charges. Items that qualified for free shipping that are being returned will also have our standard shipping charge of $15 deducted from the store credit balance. You will then have 1 year from the date you placed your original order to use your store credit balance. Your store credit amount and how to use it will be communicated to you through email.

To Initiate a Return: Please call us at (970) 799-3240 between 10am and 4pm MST and request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). Customers are responsible for return shipping fees and we recommend a shipping method that provides tracking and insurance. You may also return the item in person at our shop located at 484 Far View Rd, Durango, CO 81303.

Upon receipt of returned item, Aldrich Art reserves the right to deny a refund or store credit if the item does not meet the Return Policy Guidelines as stated above.

Cancellation Policy
Because our products are unique, production starts soon after order placement. You may cancel your order within 24 hours after order placement. To cancel your order, please call us at (970) 799-3240. Once 24 hours has passed, you cannot cancel your order however, upon receiving your order, you can choose to return or exchange it in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges policy stated above.

Special Orders

When you love a piece of jewelry that is out of stock you can make a special order. It should take at least 3 weeks to finish your order (sometimes sooner). But with Aldrich Art jewelry re-orders there are special concerns that you as the customer need to be aware of.

Classic Collection
Each piece of inlay is re-created by hand. We strive to match any re-order as precisely as we are able. That being said sometimes some stones and colors are very hard to match, as each stone is unique in its own make up, especially if it has a certain type of matrix or distinctive coloring. However, we are known to be able to match pieces fairly accurately.

Signature, Bling, Traditional, Original, and Urban Collections
Our signature, bling, traditional, original, and urban collections are made up of jewelry that we make that cannot be reproduced exactly. We can make similar pieces and similar silverwork but the stones will never be exactly the same. In these collections we have included our JuJu jewelry, dual-finger rings, gemstone jewelry (Bling Collection), and necklaces that resemble dog tags.

Galaxy Collection
Our Galaxy Collection is comprised of jewelry that has druzy stones. Each one of these stones is hand picked by Valerie Aldrich for their beauty. Druzies are geode-like stones that the earth has formed, creating a unique rock. A few of our vendors enhance the stone, which creates some of the coloring. At Aldrich Art we choose the stones for each piece but we do not cab or polish this stone. When re-creating this type of jewelry, the silver work can be matched precisely but the stone cannot be, ensuring a truly unique piece of jewelry. If you want to special order from this collection we would be happy to work with you through email or over the phone to try and find a stone that you will love from what we have in stock. Wholesale

Are you looking to carry Aldrich Art jewelry in your retail store?  We would love to partner with you as a wholesale customer. Product Care

Congratulations on your recent purchase of Aldrich Art! The particular piece of jewelry you purchased contains either spondylus shell (yellow, orange, red, or purple color) or Mediterranean Red Coral (red, salmon , and pink color) or both. These are carbonate ocean life which is susceptible to etching from anything with a high or low pH, either acids or alkaline. Some examples of these are pool chlorine, ammonia, and detergents. Please remove the item of jewelry before cleaning, doing laundry, swimming, etc. to protect your investment.

If by chance your jewelry is ever bent, scratched, chipped, or damaged in any way, we would prefer you to return to us for repair or refurbishing as other jewelers may harm the item, not understanding it’s components.
